My item needs repairing. How do I get it to you?
Please send or drop off the item for repair to one of our stores (Sheffield or Matlock).
Do you offer a warranty policy?
Yes, every repair comes with a minimum 90 day guarantee. Please note this does not cover, accidental damaged items, circuit boards or if the warranty seal has been removed.
Do you repair to component level?
Yes, our staff have the knowledge and equipment to test and repair to component level.
Do you use lots of jargon?
No. We know ‘geek speak’ is really annoying, so we let you know if we can repair your item, how much it will be and how long it will take.
What if someone has already tried to repair the item?
Unfortunately, many of our customers try and repair themselves or take their expensive items to unqualified repairers. This results in our repair rate reducing to 70% due to the damage that may have been done.
What happens if the same problem reoccurs within the 90 day warranty period?
Simply return the item to us and as a matter of company policy, all warranty repairs are time prioritised and escalated for evaluation.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
If there’s a reoccurring fault with your repair in the first 90 days of your initial repair date please take your item back to one of our stores (Sheffield or Matlock), or send the item back to us and we will reassess the fault. Please note that you will only be entitled to a refund if our engineers are unable to repair your item within the 90 day warranty period. Once a refund has been agreed, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund.
